For small and purpose-driven companies
Code of Values for Responsible Business
Our Commitment: Respectful, Transparent Collaboration
We believe in doing business with integrity. That means working with clients, partners, and colleagues on equal footing—with transparency, respect, and a shared sense of responsibility.
Human Rights & Fair Working Conditions
- We do not tolerate child labor or forced labor.
- We ensure fair pay, safe working conditions, and compliance with local labor laws.
- We treat every person equally — regardless of gender, origin, religion, disability, political beliefs, or identity.
Health and Safety at Work
- We maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all team members.
- Safety procedures and training are in place to prevent accidents and protect everyone involved.
Environmental Responsibility
- We comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- We aim to use natural resources mindfully and avoid waste.
- We do not source materials obtained illegally or through unethical practices.
- Wherever possible, we favor recyclable, reusable, or low-impact products and processes.
Business Ethics
- We have zero tolerance for bribery or corruption.
- We avoid conflicts of interest and act in the best interest of our business partners and clients.
- We compete fairly—no price-fixing, collusion, or market manipulation.
- We respect intellectual property and confidentiality.
- We comply with data protection laws and protect personal information.
- We follow anti-money laundering rules.
Dealing with Partners and Suppliers
- We expect our suppliers and service providers to share our values and meet similar standards.
- We support larger partners in fulfilling their ESG responsibilities (such as under Germany’s LkSG), within our capacity and in good faith.
- While we are not legally bound by complex due diligence laws, we aim to act responsibly and transparently.
How We Put This into Practice
This Code of Values reflects how we operate every day. It is not a formality—we live by it. We review it regularly and adapt when necessary. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, we welcome an open and honest conversation.
Legal Note
This Code of Values was developed voluntarily in alignment with international best practices. As a small enterprise under German law (§§ 1 HGB, § 1 LkSG), we are not legally required to implement a formal supply chain due diligence system. Nonetheless, we act in good faith and aim to support our partners in achieving shared sustainability goals.
